The small study group kept a journal which included the amount of the Irvingia gabonensis ingested daily, along with details about their daily diet and physical activity. Of course there are those who call the African mango another fad.
The mango itself is known to have many of the required amounts of nutrients, fiber, and minerals required for our daily diet.
